Ep. 1: Tarou seeks a cure for his masochism from the Voluntary Club and its strange members.

Sado Tarou, who derives pleasure from pain, decides against pursuing Shihori due to his condition. His friend Tatsukichi Hayama directs him to the Voluntary Club for a cure. There, Tarou encounters Isurugi Mio, a self-proclaimed god who reveals her true monstrous nature when he attempts to leave. He also meets Arashiko Yuno, a middle school acquaintance linked to his masochism. Mio inflicts severe pain on Tarou to numb his senses, forcing him to stay in the infirmary under Yuno’s care. Yuno beats Tarou after he catches her from tripping, revealing her fear of men. School nurse Michiru appears, displaying sadistic tendencies and familiarity with the girls. At home, Tarou’s sister and mother exhibit complex feelings toward him. Later, Shihori flees from Tarou, who chases her only to find Tatsukichi cross-dressing. Tatsukichi explains his habits and reveals that Mio instructed him to share this secret with Tarou.
