Taro encounters Noa, a young genius inventor who utilizes his perverted energy to power a device intended to transform the entire global population into perverts. To counter this threat, Taro dons the DX Hentai Belt and deliberately provokes Mio into insulting him. This strategy triggers his maximum level of masochistic pleasure, transforming him into the Super Hella Masochist, a parody of a Super Saiyan. Empowered by this new state, Taro destroys Noa's machines, thereby preventing the mass transformation and saving the world from her chaotic scheme.
