Ep. 8: Sumomo and Masaharu navigate their first date while Sumomo defeats Nona in a duel

Masaharu and Sumomo greet each other in the corridor, prompting friends to label them a troublesome couple. Meanwhile, Nona dedicates her time to researching Sumomo’s mother and details about Stellar Spinners. Encouraged by their peers, Sumomo arranges a date with Masaharu, fantasizing about the event and even kissing Yuki-chan, Masaharu’s stuffed animal form, before it departs. During their actual date, the pair remains awkward due to it being their first outing. Although they fail to kiss during the date, disappointing their friends, they eventually share a kiss in the greenhouse. Subsequently, Sumomo challenges Nona to another duel, securing two high-level stardrops. Nona suffers a total defeat, allowing Sumomo to acquire two recipes in a single night.
