He attacks Sakura, using Itachi’s Tsukuyomi to inflict pain, and dismisses her love as pathetic. Kakashi argues that hate requires a reason, but Sasuke leaves with Naruto to fight. At the Final Valley, Naruto vows to stop Sasuke, who laughs and declares he will become the Hokage by killing his friend. Hagoromo expresses disappointment but believes Naruto can still save Sasuke.
