Following the assassination of the only capable leader in the Northern Garrison, the incompetent commander orders troops into a heavily fortified mountainous area, leading to catastrophic losses. Ikta and his companions remain in reserve for the time being, but their involvement in the escalating war is imminent as the situation deteriorates rapidly.
