Koyomi visits Nadeko to play games after she changes her hairstyle, becoming anxious when her mother returns home unexpectedly. He then calls Suruga regarding her request for help cleaning her room. On the way to her house, Koyomi encounters his sister Karen, who is rushing through community service and leaves abruptly after a phone call. Koyomi proceeds to Suruga's residence, where he discovers an unexpected sight upon arrival.
