OBSOLETE Part II

The second part of the series takes place in 2021, following the spread of the EXOFRAME, a versatile humanoid robot controlled by consciousness and sold by an alien entity known as the Peddler. Despite international restrictions set by the Sankt Gallen Arrangement, the EXOFRAME has become widely available at low cost. Bowman and his team, tasked with monitoring the EXOFRAME's proliferation, uncover a plot to deploy it in combat. Their investigation leads them to Raila Reshep, the president of the Republic of Azania, who is also a key figure in the new African Union and the leader of the Outcast Brigade. This group promotes technological self-reliance in developing nations through the EXOFRAME. Bowman’s report is destroyed by superiors, prompting the team to pursue a covert Marine Corps project, Gavial, at Area 51 to counter Azania’s efforts.
