Ep. 8: Kyoya and Erika's Spring Break Cherry Blossom Viewing Date

During spring break, Erika anticipates a romantic cherry blossom viewing with Kyoya, but he rejects her planned activities. Despite his initial refusal to engage, Kyoya eventually softens and asks Erika to feed him takoyaki. Later, Nozomi Kamiya, a stereotypical teenage playboy, observes the pair and questions why Kyoya would date an ordinary girl like Erika. Mistaking Kyoya for his type, Nozomi attempts to flirt with Erika but learns of her serious feelings for Kyoya. He then confronts Kyoya, making obscene remarks about Erika that enrage him. This episode introduces Nozomi Kamiya as a new character who clashes with Kyoya over his treatment of Erika.
