Ep. 12: The King's Game Truth Revealed as Riona and Natsuko Fight for Nobuaki

The group reaches the summit and receives orders to create a human doll. Ryou sacrifices his leg to Natsuko, who then kills Aya. Survivors Nobuaki, Riona, and Natsuko decode messages to learn the game is an endless viral apocalypse requiring a carrier. Natsuko attempts to strangle Nobuaki, but Riona wounds her. Riona confesses her love, yet Natsuko fatally shoots Nobuaki, refusing to let Riona have him. Nobuaki reunites with deceased friends in the afterlife. Riona, the sole survivor, drags his body to the beach and drowns herself. The episode concludes with a new student receiving a text from the King, signaling the game has restarted.
