Ep. 3: Kenta protects Mizuki while Nobuaki reveals dark secrets about classmate deaths

Akamatsu Kenta witnesses Nobuaki injured at Bunko park and wrongly accuses his classmates of assault. Natsuko urges Mizuki to deploy DIE against them, but Mizuki refuses and destroys her phone. Kenta transports Nobuaki to the hospital with a frightened Mizuki accompanying them. In a deserted location, Kenta receives a mandatory order from the King to command a classmate. He chooses to order himself to protect Mizuki’s life to comfort her. Nobuaki shares a flashback regarding a classmate who died after losing a popularity vote. Meanwhile, Natsuko retrieves the mobile phone that Nobuaki had dropped during the incident.
