PIANO

Miu began piano lessons as a child, drawn to the instrument's appeal. By middle school, she remains reserved and lacks self-confidence, though her friends find her gentle and quiet. Despite years of practice and praise for her technical skill, Miu doubts her abilities, including her piano playing. Her instructor, Mr. Shirakawa, grows impatient with her performances, as they are technically accurate but emotionally flat. At the same time, Miu is beginning to notice boys, particularly the attractive Kazuya Takahashi, who is unaware of her interest. The narrative follows her efforts to uncover the music within herself and find the strength to express it.
