Ep. 25: Hachimaki crashes after visiting Tanabe's will and realizes his perspective on space connections.
Post-Von Braun crisis, Hachimaki suffers severe depression and nearly dies on the lunar surface. Dolph sends him and Goro to Earth, surprising Locksmith. Hachimaki visits the ISPV 7 Debris Section, finding Tanabe's will and receiving her address from Philippe and Robbie. Though he spends time with his family, he fails to recover and learns Tanabe left no written words. Motivated, he attempts to ride his motorcycle to see Tanabe, but a vision convinces him he is alone, causing a crash. He survives and realizes his flawed perspective. Later, he meets Tanabe, who is temporarily paralyzed from oxygen deprivation. She explains her situation with Claire, prompting Hachimaki to share his belief that all things connect to space, leading to a shared moment between them.
