The World Coronation Series match between Satoshi and Dracaena commences with Satoshi deploying Negigaknight against Dracaena's Onvern. Negigaknight faces difficulties, prompting Satoshi to switch to Uonoragon. Dracaena responds by replacing Onvern with Tyltalis, which subsequently undergoes Mega Evolution into Mega Tyltalis. Uonoragon struggles to make an impact, leading Satoshi to recall Negigaknight. Negigaknight defeats Mega Tyltalis using Meteor Assault but faints immediately after. Satoshi then sends out Negigaknight and Uonoragon again. Onvern and Uonoragon engage in a clash between Dragon Pulse and Dragon Rush, resulting in Onvern fainting from the powerful attack. Satoshi secures the victory, advancing to 9th place in the rankings.
