Sakaki orders the Rocket-dan trio to find new members for their group. To achieve this, they host a late-night radio program aimed at attracting viewers to join the organization. However, the attempt to gain recruits fails. Instead of focusing on their original mission, the trio modifies the broadcast to increase its popularity. They become so absorbed in making the show entertaining that they completely forget their initial objective of recruiting new members for the group.
