Parker’s friend Jinny is distressed because others claim her Feebas is the least cute Pokémon. Determined to prove otherwise, she and Feebas enter the Friendship Contest with support from Chole, Parker, Ash, and Goh. Their preparation involves rigorous training, including Jinny learning to swim. However, the path to victory is complicated by Team Rocket, who learn of the event and plan to crash it in order to steal all the participating Pokémon, adding significant difficulty to their efforts.
