In the first segment, a malfunctioning Rocket Prize Master machine releases numerous Gulpin in Vermilion City. These Pokémon adhere to one another and surrounding objects, creating a massive, chaotic ball that disrupts the area. In the second segment, Meowth and Wobbuffet track a Chewtle to a local playground. There, they meet a Turtwig that quickly forms a competitive rivalry with the Chewtle. The two turtle Pokémon decide to settle their differences through a race, focusing entirely on reaching the finish line first.
