After repairing faucets at Cerise Laboratory, Devi from the duo known as "The Plusle and Minun All Service" injures himself on the stairs. Ash and Goh assist the remaining handyman, Multa, by covering his duties. Their tasks involve brushing a wealthy man's Tauros herd, retrieving a trainer's Tauros from Rock Tunnel, and repairing a leaking fountain. The pair later prevents the wealthy man's Tauros from falling further into a manhole after Meowth, who had fallen in while attempting theft, endangers the Pokémon.
