Ep. 68: Ash and Goh return to Pallet Town to find Infernape and encounter Moltres

Ash and Goh arrive in Pallet Town, where Goh meets Professor Oak and Ash reunites with past Pokémon. Oak reveals Project Mew, prompting Ash to search for his missing Infernape. After a wild Onix attack, Gary’s Blastoise rescues them. Goh meets Gary for the first time. They locate Infernape on a mountain, but Moltres appears. Infernape attacks with Flamethrower and Mach Punch, but Moltres dodges. Gary’s Blastoise withstands Burn Up before falling to Air Slash. Gary’s Electivire and Ash’s Pikachu attack, causing Moltres to flee and drop a feather. A Corviknight steals the feather. Back at the lab, they meet Danika. Gary departs, and Goh chooses to join Project Mew.
