Upon arriving at the Grapefruit Islands, Ash learns that a Snorlax is traveling between islands and consuming all the grapefruits. He is hired to stop the greedy creature, but the Snorlax proves difficult to catch. Later, with assistance from Jigglypuff, Ash successfully captures the Snorlax.
