Mallow requires special ingredients for her restaurant recipes, prompting her and Tsareena to visit Orangaru at his Forest Cafe. There, they encounter Team Rocket's Meowth relaxing on the premises. When the cafe becomes overwhelmed with Pokémon customers, Mallow immediately assists with the service. Her culinary creations are consistently delicious, but the atmosphere shifts when Tapu-Koko arrives as a customer. Concurrently, Island Kahuna Olivia steps in to work as a replacement waitress at the restaurant owned by Mallow's family, managing the staff duties while Mallow is occupied elsewhere.
