MARs struggles to practice their new High Heel Cup song, frequently colliding while attempting choreography. Yuri, a friend of Mion from New York, arrives to assist the group with their music and dance routines. Meanwhile, Serena and Kanon challenge MARs to a basketball match, wagering the right to perform the new song. MARs wins the game, leading Mion to trust in Rizumu and Aira, which inspires the trio to create their own unique moves. They finalize the song Hop! Step! Jump! and develop a new trio jump named Hip Hop Win. After seeing Yuri off at the airport, the girls return to their training together for the upcoming High Heel Cup competition.
