Takayama and his friends join the Public Safety Force under Nana Iida. Initially deployed to Yokohama Station, they are reassigned to Tokyo Station after the perpetrator reveals the true target. The group must locate a bomb before three o'clock in exchange for one hundred million yen. After failing to find it in lockers, Iwaizumi suggests checking a dog carrier at the lost and found. Sakurai and Takayama work together to defuse the device, using liquid nitrogen to freeze the circuits with five seconds remaining. The perpetrator is arrested, and Takayama is appointed deputy squad leader.
