Ranma discovers that Cologne has cursed him with Full Body Cats Tongue, a condition that prevents him from reverting from his female form. To obtain the antidote known as the Phoenix Pill from Cologne, he is required to master the Hissatsu Tenshin Amaguriken technique while remaining in his female state. This challenge forces Ranma to adapt his combat skills to his current physical limitations in order to secure the cure and resolve the magical affliction imposed by the Amazon tribe leader.
