Lan and Dr. Hikari travel to Taneka Island to support a satellite launch. Tesla also visits the island with plans to hijack the satellite. Before executing her attack, she meets Charlie, who immediately becomes attracted to her. The two engage in a flirtatious relationship. Charlie eventually learns that the girl is actually Tesla from Neo WWW. Upon discovering her true identity and intentions, he rushes to the satellite location to prevent her attack. The episode focuses on the tension between the romantic development and the impending sabotage attempt on the island.
