Lan and Dr. Hikari visit Taneka Island to help with the launch of a satellite. Meanwhile, Tesla is also visiting the island, planning to hijack the satellite. Before her attack, she encounters Charlie who quickly falls for her, and the two develop a flirtatious relationship.
