Following the Lilith's Mirror incident, the barrier between worlds weakens as the academy's rosary seal cracks. Moka replaces it with her own rosary, causing her outer self to be permanently replaced by her inner self. While the other girls struggle to adjust to this change, Tsukune remains fixated on his former self. Ruby secretly informs Tsukune how to retrieve the original rosary, warning him of the danger. He must locate one of the three dark lords who founded the academy and built the barrier, located in a castle north of the barrier. Mikogami forbids revealing this information, but Ruby breaks her silence. Meanwhile, Kokoa overhears their conversation and plans to intercept Tsukune before he reaches his destination.
