Kyoko arrives at the academy with a gift for Tsukune but collides with Kokoa, leading to an accidental exchange of parcels. While Kokoa receives rice balls, Kyoko obtains Lilith's Mirror, an artifact controlled by the spirit Lilith. This object exposes the true monstrous forms and hidden desires of all students, causing Kyoko to fear her classmates. Moka intervenes to protect Kyoko and restore her confidence. Later, Moka looks into the mirror, which separates her dual personalities into distinct entities, though both suffer reduced power. Tsukune and the other girls assist by blindfolding themselves to fight Lilith based on Kyoko's instructions. Finally, Ruby covers the mirror with the original wrapping, reversing its effects and returning everyone to their normal states.
