Following a recent battle, the Flower Combat Troupe struggles with poor teamwork, inflicting more self-harm than enemy damage. To address these issues, the commander appoints Ichiro Ogami, a young lieutenant, to assist in leading the all-female unit. While the new leadership structure is established, Sakura and her companions receive a day off to shop and spend time in town. In contrast, Maria remains behind to continue her training regimen. This episode highlights the internal discord within the group and introduces a new figure intended to improve their coordination and effectiveness in future engagements.
