Ep. 7: Manaka manipulates Sumika into a date with Masaki using cross-dressing and staged heroics.
Manaka forces Sumika to agree to a date with Masaki by exploiting his rejection. On Sunday, Masaki attends the outing while cross-dressing, with Manaka secretly following to orchestrate their romance. Ushio grows anxious due to Sumika's lack of contact. The pair watches a horror film instead of a romance, and Manaka fails to slip a love potion into Sumika's lunch because her waitress disguise is poor. During shopping, Sumika flees when Masaki appears more feminine than she is. She is then cornered by otaku recruited by Manaka to make Masaki look heroic. Masaki distracts them but struggles when they refuse to leave even after he reveals his gender. The day ends with Masaki warning Manaka against such schemes, while Sumika discovers six voice messages from Ushio.
