Ep. 8: Tomoe Kisses Azusa While Ushio Catches Sumika and Azusa in a Compromising Position
Classmates question whether Tomoe and Miyako are dating, prompting Azusa Aoi to complain about the scandal. Tomoe kisses Azusa, causing her to flee in embarrassment. Sumika pursues Azusa and discovers she is a fan of Masaka Orino, a pen name used by Norio. Azusa feels relieved to find Sumika knows of the works and they become friends. They fall down some stairs and are spotted by Ushio in a compromising position. Ushio begins crying, surprising Sumika. Tomoe arranges a private talk between them. Ushio assumes her tears resulted from seeing Sumika act violently, though she doubts Sumika would actually do such a thing. Azusa suddenly appears with dōjinshi of Orino’s work, pressuring Ushio to keep Norio’s identity secret. As Ushio leaves, Sumika notices her blushing.
