The Outlaw Star, the MacDougall brothers with Khan, and Hazanko and his crew struggle to enter the Galactic Leyline. Inside, they encounter a cylindrical figure covered in black and gold. Melfina is transported away during this event. A disembodied voice asks them why they have returned and what they desire most. The group faces this mysterious inquiry while navigating the interior of the Leyline alongside the other factions present.
