Ep. 1: Toyotomi Hideyoshi's Great Cataclysmic Warlord Era Brings Troubled Times Again

Warlords clash at Kawanakajima but are surrounded by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, who deflects arrows and forces a retreat after defeating Masamune Date and Kojuurou Katakura. Keiji Maeda arrives late, frustrated, and declines an alliance with Toshiie and Matsu Maeda despite their friendship with Hideyoshi. Sasuke Sarutobi informs Shingen Takeda that Hideyoshi has seized Utsunomiya and Odawara while allying with Motonari Mōri. Takeda orders Yukimura Sanada to move west to Satsuma in Kyushu to prepare an attack. Meanwhile, in Oshu, Kojuurou is confronted by Hanbei Takenaka, who takes two villagers hostage to coerce him into joining Hideyoshi's army.
