Ep. 9: Senko prepares gratin and cuts Nakano's hair while Shiro cooks ramen.

Kuroto watches a TV food program and desires gratin but departs for work, leaving Senko to discuss the dish with Koenji and Shiro. The trio bakes and eats the gratin, after which Senko delivers a portion to Nakano, who detects an unknown ingredient but finds the flavor consistent with her usual cooking. Shiro serves Koenji ramen that tastes sweet, prompting Koenji to judge her culinary skills as poor. The following day, Senko gives Nakano a haircut, reminding him of his mother, and they proceed to the bath to wash his hair. When Nakano asks if this is her first time cutting hair, Senko asserts that she made no mistakes.
