Edward binds Emiliko and changes his voice to extract details regarding Kate. Meanwhile, Kate and other children devise a scheme to enter Lord Grandfather's wing, narrowly avoiding detection by Barbara and Barbie. Kate disguises herself as a faceless doll to locate the special-coffee room. While searching for Emiliko, she fails to notice a small Morph wearing a ribbon trailing her. Edward eventually tricks Kate into revealing her presence when she attempts to free Emiliko, ending their covert operation with her capture.
