Ep. 9: Ryo uncovers clues about Yuanda Zhu while navigating gang conflicts and personal revelations.
Ryo discovers a note in a book by Sunming Zhao, revealing the Chawan Sign and a connection to Yuando Zhu. After failing a meeting at Man Mo Park, he finds a photo with names at Man Mo Temple. Fangmei confirms Lishao returned him and reveals Ziming is her brother. A restaurant message leads Ryo to Shuqin, an associate of Yuanda Zhu, who is ambushed by the Yellow Head gang. Lishao secretly defeats the attackers. Shuqin explains Yuanda is targeted by the Chi You Men and directs Ryo to Ren of the Heavens gang. Ren tricks Ryo into a shady deal, steals money, and they fall from a construction site. Ren offers help after learning Ryo’s motivation. Ryo realizes his lack of the final Wude principle, Dan, and confronts Lishao about her brother. Unable to resolve their conflict, Ryo decides to leave the temple.
