At Musashino Animation, Masato Marukawa, Shun Watanabe, and Koutarou Katsuragi pursue adapting The Third Aerial Girls Squad, securing tentative approval from Tatsuya Hantou. Meanwhile, Misa feels stuck modeling CG wheels at Super Media Creations and discusses her dissatisfaction with Misa and Midori. She later consults president Kouichi Tateishi about her promise to friends, receiving advice to visualize her future goals. Shizuka secures a walla role but suppresses her enthusiasm during recording. Seiichi decides to change the ending, collaborating with writer Shimeji Maitake to reignite his imagination.
