A new era of culinary suppression emerges at Tootsuki Culinary Academy as Azami Nakiri seizes control following the Elite Ten's coup. Under her rule, students are forced to adhere strictly to her vision of "true gourmet food," with any display of creativity met with severe consequences, including expulsion. Souma Yukihira and the Polar Star Dormitory resist these oppressive policies. With the help of other defiant first-years, including Erina Nakiri, they oppose Azami's regime and its supporters. Their efforts are complicated by corrupt faculty and the intimidating Central organization, which employs various schemes to eliminate them from the academy.
