Following a performance of "Jugemu" on a children's program, many kids begin reciting the piece. Yotarou also maintains steady work at the theater, with Konatsu playing the shamisen in the wings. Higuchi feels immense joy witnessing Yotarou satisfy such a large audience, yet his ambition to create new rakugo works remains unchanged. Consequently, he decides to ask Yakumo for assistance in this creative endeavor.
