Ep. 42: Nao protects her siblings while her mother is hospitalized for childbirth

Nao cares for her siblings while her mother delivers their seventh child. Younger siblings Hina and Yuuta sneak away to find apples, prompting Nao and siblings Keita, Haru, and Kouta to search for them. Majorina exploits this distraction after being threatened by Joker with reversion, trapping Hina and Yuuta in an apple cage to create a Hyper Akanbe. Nao is forced to transform before her siblings to protect them, sustaining severe injuries until her protective resolve awakens hidden power. She defeats the Majorina Hyper Akanbe, though Majorina powers up by assuming her younger form. Other Precure arrive to save Keita, Haru, and Kouta, freeing Hina and Yuuta before defeating Majorina. Believing the battle was a dream, the group visits the hospital to meet their new baby sister, Yui.
