Emilio and the Student Council flee Surre Academy under Nervalist control, hijacking a vessel to rendezvous with refugees. Elsewhere, Nami encounters Nerval in human form. Akiha, Honoka, and Itsuki remain stranded near Jupiter after being caught by Xanthippe's hyperjump edge, with Ul estimating a five-year return journey. Tensions rise among the trio, leading to an argument. Tsutsuji and Benkei attempt another coup but are ignored. Meanwhile, Leopard's colony activates emergency systems to recover and orbits Jupiter. The group installs Leopard into the colony just as a mysterious electrical storm envelops the area.
