While Death City celebrates Halloween, Kim and Jacqueline guard grounded Tsugumi. Simultaneously, Akane and Clay escort Anya to the airport as NOT students turn into Traitors, forcing EAT students to defend the city. Tsugumi senses Anya’s feelings and refuses to believe she will leave. Understanding Tsugumi’s distress, Jacqueline heals her wounds and permits her departure. Tsugumi joins Liz and Patty, reuniting with Anya to save Meme. Their strong bond enables a Soul Resonance, granting Tsugumi’s halberd form wings. Akane guides them to Stein, who provides an antidote derived from Meme’s blood. Following a messenger bat, the pair reaches a bell tower where Shaula and Meme are waiting.
