Following the battle, the Kaiju Eugenicists disband due to a lack of opponents. Gauma retrieves Dynazenon but remains sad about never reuniting with Princess. Koyomi seeks employment while Chise tries to return to school, only to learn from Knight and The Second that they are leaving for another world with Goldburn. Yume visits her sister's grave with Yomogi, who confesses his love during the trip. Sizumu attacks them, revealing that his human body is failing and will soon die. He uses the last Kaiju within him to transform. With Koyomi away and Gauma weakened, Knight pilots Goldburn and Dynazenon to form Kaiser Gridknight. He confronts Sizumu alone but is overpowered by the enemy.
