Bison overpowers Chun-Li with Psycho Power, strangling her unconscious before ordering Zoltar to bring her and Ken to his villa. Meanwhile, assassin Cammy White enters a hotel room near her target, Dorai. She was hired by Balrog, a Shadowlaw double agent, to eliminate Dorai under the false premise that he leads new drug syndicates. Interpol Chief Barrac approved this secret operation because Dorai was investigating the Shadowlaw crime syndicate. Cammy prepares to execute Dorai, unaware of the complex web of deception surrounding the mission.
