On day 6, Neku and Joshua help Kariya and Uzuki fight Taboo Noise bosses. On the final day, Uzuki assists Neku, who returns Rhyme's pendant to Beat. Confronting Minamimoto, Neku recalls that Joshua shot Minamimoto, who then shot Neku. After defeating him, Minamimoto self-destructs, prompting Joshua to sacrifice himself to shield Neku. Kitaniji appears, revealing he sent the mission to stop Minamimoto. As punishment for Joshua breaking rules, Kitaniji forces Neku to play the Reaper's Game again to save Shiki, banning him from future games.
