Ep. 8: Neku teams with Beat to find the Composer while evading Reaper forces and Game Master Mitsuki Konishi.

Neku fights alone until Beat joins him as a partner. Beat reveals Hanekoma restored Rhyme’s soul as a Noise, hoping to become the new Composer to restore her. While searching for the current Composer, they encounter Game Master Mitsuki Konishi, who captures Rhyme as Beat’s entry fee. Konishi sets a mission to defeat her within six days and uses an Emergency Call to order Reapers with O-Pins to erase Neku and Beat. In O-East, the pair battles 777, who gives them their Key Pin before Konishi erases him for showing mercy.
