Ep. 1: Shy boy Aki Shiina moves to Tokyo, faces mistaken identity, and meets caretaker Ayaka Sunohara.

Shy boy Aki Shiina relocates to Tokyo to start a new school and assert his male identity. Along the way, he is repeatedly mistaken for a girl, including by liquor store owner Nishiki and Sunohara-sou proprietor Ayaka Sunohara, who only realizes his gender upon escorting him to the bath. Aki develops feelings for Ayaka and desires to be treated as a man. She playfully demands a cheek kiss before complying, but their moment is interrupted by the returning student council, who introduce themselves. Later, anxious about his first day, Aki receives help from Ayaka, who dons a school uniform to roleplay as a student, allowing him to practice social interactions before attending class.
