Ep. 2: Aki struggles with exhaustion from training while Ayaka hides her fear of spiders and horror movies.

One month after arriving, Aki prepares for a three-legged race with Ayaka at an upcoming sports day. Their practice includes teamwork exercises like bathing together, but the intense proximity leaves Aki too exhausted for the event. Ayaka later impresses Aki and Sumire by removing a spider, then invites Aki shopping. Unsure of his attire, the girls force him to wear a dress. Yuzu advises Aki to study Ayaka’s reactions to a horror movie to find her weakness, but the film frightens Aki instead. Ayaka admits she concealed her own fear to protect him. She then asks Aki to sleep in her bed, stating she cannot fall asleep alone.
