Ep. 2: Kyon meets Haruhi Suzumiya and forms the SOS Brigade with Yuki Nagato and Mikuru Asahina

As a first-year high school student, Kyon encounters Haruhi Suzumiya, who declares she has no time for normal humans and invites any time-travelers, aliens, or espers to join her. Intrigued by her eccentric behavior, Kyon initiates a normal conversation with Haruhi, which ultimately leads to the creation of the SOS Brigade. The group subsequently recruits two additional members: the soft-spoken Yuki Nagato and the timid Mikuru Asahina, establishing the club's initial roster.
