In a flashback on September 14, 2025, Sinon falls into a trap chute beneath SBC Gurokken in GGO. Facing a boss-class monster, she initially intends to die but realizes her position is safe. By conserving ammunition and targeting weak spots, she defeats the enemy and obtains the PGM Ultima Ratio Hecate II. In the present, Sinon attempts to snipe an enemy during an ambush, but the target is Behemoth, a bodyguard wielding an aminigun. He overwhelms her squadron, leaving only Sinon and Behemoth alive. While falling through the air, Sinon successfully shoots Behemoth with her new rifle, securing victory despite severe avatar damage. Meanwhile, in Alfheim Online, Kirito prepares to reveal something important to Asuna.
