Kyu finds the key to the storeroom inside the room, creating a double-locked-room mystery that traps the class during a storm. Dan asks the students to help resolve the case. They discover the kitchen has been ransacked, and Kazuma develops a theory to solve the mystery. Although the theory fails, it provides a clue to Ryu. Later that night, Kyu hears a knock on his door and is joined by Kinta. They follow a trail of muddy shoe prints to a room where Shishido’s murdered body lies split into parts.
